Stage 1 · Where everyone starts
Pilot
One process, three to eight people, deployed in your environment.
Stage 2
Programme
Several processes across a department, run by your own analysts with our support.
Stage 3
Licence
Longhorn as a standing capability in your environment.
Every stage runs in your environment from day one. There is no hosted trial, because the point is to pass your security review once.
The pilot
What it takes, and what you walk away with.
From you
- A sponsor who owns the outcome
- One process you want to put agents into
- Three to eight people who run it, 25–40 minutes each
- A contact on your platform team
For you
- How the process really runs, every point traced to who said it
- A step-by-step view of where agents fit and where people stay
- The open questions, and who to ask next
- A process map your modellers can open in their usual tools
Common questions
What does a pilot cost?
It depends on the process and how many people are involved. We agree the price in the first conversation, before anything starts.
How much of our people's time does it take?
One conversation of 25–40 minutes each, from a link, with no training, and a short review of what was recorded before they finish.
Who installs Longhorn?
Your platform team, or us under your supervision. Your security team reviews it first, and your change process applies.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide with the evidence in front of you: stop, extend to more processes, or make Longhorn a standing capability.
Pick the process. We'll do the rest.
Tell us which process you have in mind. The first conversation takes 30 minutes.
